Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring fragile home goods are securely cushioned to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
